To be a part of this show itself is amazing! I think what’s most unforgettable is that I’m not only an actor in this show. I found out I can be so much more. Together with so many amazing people, we got through so many difficulties and we finally made it. From this experience, I learned that life cannot be perfect, but we can fight for what we want and things will eventually work out.

I really like drama so that’s one reason and also is really fun doing musicals so you get to know people from another school (the MFS) and you get to really know your friends in another part of their lives. You get different experiences and you can learn if you are responsible because you get really late home from rehearsal and you still have to do your homework and you’re actually really tired because sometimes you have to walk home!
The best part of being in a musical is that after the show you hear these awesome comments from other people and they are saying that they want to see it again. Also at the end of the show when everybody claps you feel like Hollywood/Broadway stars!!

I like doing musicals because it is an opportunity to get rid of all the daily worries in a fun and productive way. It gives you the chance to meet wonderful people, and gain experience, friends, knowledge and self-satisfaction forever.
Musicals provide students the opportunity to entertain themselves and the whole community in a super productive way, avoiding involvement in drugs and other negative activities. It also opens students’ minds and skills, giving everyone the chance to find out about each other’s potential.
When a show is over and everybody applauds and congratulates each other, you see everybody’s happy face and that is what makes you want to keep on doing this, in spite of all the hard work, time and nerves you put into any production.

I liked being with friends in the show. Every day we prepared for the show was interesting. Because we got together and worked hard together, that made our life more wonderful. From the show, I learned what I really want. I want to break free, and live life in my own way.
